How the Process Works

1 — Confirmation & Congrats
Right after you book I’ll send a confirmation email to celebrate—you’ve officially started the transformation!

That message will include the client Style & Needs Survey and a clear Measurement Guide so you’ll know exactly what photos and dimensions I need.

2 — You Send Inspiration + Photos
You’ll send: room photos, the measurements (per the guide), and any inspiration shots — Pinterest images, screenshots, color swatches—anything that shows the vibe and colors you love.

3 — Quick Survey Review & Kickoff Chat
Pick how you want to connect: Zoom, phone, or email — your choice. We’ll review your survey answers and photos, clarify how you use the room, and talk budget, sustainability and style must-haves.

4 — Floor Plan Option/Furniture and Material Selections
Next I’ll design two layout options along with a furniture and materials board tailored to your room and lifestyle. The following items will be included in your plans and board:

  • Furniture

  • Area rug

  • Lighting

  • Window coverings

  • Paint & wallpaper

5 — Two Rounds of Revisions
You’ll review the layouts and your Furniture/Material selections. And you’ll have two revision rounds to tweak the plan — swap a sofa, adjust a color, change a lamp — until the design feels just right.

6 — Finalize the Design and Deliver the Final Files
When you say “yes,” I finalize all the pieces and polish the deliverables.
I’ll email your complete design package, which includes:

  • Chosen floor plan (clean, to-scale)

  • Furniture & materials board

  • Shopping List with links to each product in the design

  • Sustainable brands list (Each brand used in the design and how they are using sustainable practices)

  • Installation Guide (Tips for placing furniture, hanging lighting, and styling tips)

7 — You Implement at Your Pace
You can follow the Installation Guide and order/install items on your timeline. I’ve set everything up so bringing the design to life is as smooth (and fun) as possible.
